Our strongest area of expertise is in selling high quality New Zealand products into the Asian region. There are four key areas where we add value to an Active Investment to enable this to occur:
Sales / Export
We love selling - and are very good at it ! The sale of products to export markets is a critical part of continuing growth. Through our extensive experience in international markets (Asia in particular) we develop strategies for successful export sales and we love personally implementing them. |
Governance
‘The undervalued function for many SME’s in NZ’ - a brand's value can only be scaled through processes and systems and SLC Group will ensure that effective governance is established and maintained within any business in which we are involved. |
Management
The management of a business involves all aspects of the implementation of long-term and short-term strategies. We ideally work with the current management to utilise both our respective skill sets in a way that brings maximum value to the business. |
Investment
Having the required capital to enable a business to grow effectively is critical if its goals are to be achieved. In combination with our other skill sets, we are able to provide financial support to SME’s who are at the growth stage or are currently underperforming. |
