Active investment

Our focus is on turning SME’s into valuable brands that are attractive to multinationals. To achieve this we invest in companies where we can utilise our skill sets to add significant value to the management of the business alongside the financial investment.

We are currently looking for potential investment opportunities in the F&B and Agribusiness areas that:

• Are about to enter a high growth or export phase (in particular exporting to Asia) and require investment and expertise to achieve this
  
• Are not currently performing at a sustainable level and require both investment and management expertise to improve business performance
  

Strategic Support

The key area where we add value in Strategic Support is through our customer centric view of entities, with a particular emphasis on Asia. This view impacts a number of areas of business including:

• Sales (particularly high quality products into Asia)
  
• Brand strategy
  
• Export strategy
  

We are currently providing (or have provided) Strategic Support to a number of large New Zealand based entities including:

• State Owned Enterprises
  
• Iwi Affiliated Entities
  
• Large New Zealand Corporates
